Hello everyone. I have a 1998 car with Ugandan Reg. numbers. Legally, i know its not possible to get Kenyan plates for it coz its about 15 yrs old. Is there anyone who can get me a log book and plates and for how much??

What make?Have you used it locally and for how long?

-Go to a garage near you,
-identify a scrapped junk of same make/model, the ones zimewekelewa mawe without engines,
-talk to the garage guy to link you with the owner
-Contact the owner and offer to buy the scrap, or just talk to him nicely and buy him a mbuzi and a few crates of tusker,
-have him transfer the log book to you, and viola, you have a genuine log book and number plates for your ex-UG car.

of course all this is illegal business...

Can I import a 2004 Toyota Landcruiser VX through Uganda and do the same and so the 8 year rule is nonsense.

You may equal talk to guys of this mini coopers since the generally import through Uganda and end up with a kenyan KAH plate yet the thing is slightly order than eight years
