In reverse order courtesy of @ktnkenya

CJ Mutunga: It is the duty of the court to illuminate constitutional penumbras

Chief Justice Willy Mutunga is now addressing the court on the Senate, National Assembly stand-off

Justice Ojwang: The National Assembly Speaker did not pay any regard to the laid down procedure

Justice Ojwang: The Senate should have therefore been involved in the making of the Bill

Justice Ojwang: The Division of Revenue Bill 2013 was essential to the operation of the County Govts

Justice Ojwang: No state agency should overlook the historical trajectory of the Constitution

Justice Ojwang: The Senate stands as the constitutional safeguard for devolution.

Justice Ojwang: Neither Speaker may to the exclusion of the other determine the nature of a Bill.

Justice Ojwang: The question coming up before us is a question of great public importance

Justice Ojwang: It is the constitutional task of the two Speakers to determine the course of bills

Justice Ojwang: Both sets of standing orders are clear on this scenario

Justice Ojwang: The two Chambers were at odds in contrast with the spirit of harmony required

Justice Ojwang: The Senate had a clear role to play in the Division of Revenue Bill

Ojwang:The AG submitted that it was the duty of the National Assembly to allocate national funds

Justice Ojwang: The National Assembly rejected the Senate amendments to the revenue sharing bill

#SupremeCourt Justice Ojwang takes over from Justice Wanjala to handle the third issue before the court

Justice Wanjala:Its a debate with no answer. We must begin with the intent & purpose of the constitution

Justice Wanjala: What is required of this court is not a judgment but a advisory statement

#SupremeCourt Justice Smokin Wanjala is now reading the court's ruling on the National Assembly, Senate stand-off

Ethuro sought an opinion from the Court on whether the passing of the Division of Revenue Bill was constitutional

Senate Speaker Ekwee Ethuro referred the matter to the #SupremeCourt in June this year

The stand-off between the National Assembly and the Senate was over the passage of the Bill on revenue allocation

I havent had time to look into this. In summary what was the advisory? That NA(and by extension the president for signing it) errored or not?
