1. Is it draconian because it imposes high penalties for misreporting?
2. Is it draconian because the media have said it is?
3. Is draconian because the media were never involved in setting up the bill ?

this media reporting should tell us why standard gives total blackouts to shollei stories, missreports what happened in maralal. And why the nation has a habit of creating headlines that are just plain lies.

the media and their so called draconian rules. We now have blogs.

same guys were invited to statehouse juzi juzi, wakafunga suits to go and eat bread and blueband...they didn't know what awaits them...at that time, someone mentioned that wameenda kichinjio....
