But I think the kenyan case was always going to be a mess for them - from the time ocampo declared it as an example to the rest of the world (Africa), then trying to treat it as a special case - how on earth do you accuse a person of crimes against humanity and fail to arrest them. Too many vested interests and self preservation will come into play.

Sorry guys if you want justice wait for siku ya kiama. this case is solely about relevance for the ICC and especially OTP. its been 11 years since the court was founded... there is a certain urgency to clear stuff and 'be seen to be working' All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
