The current witness has left ICC judges fuming. The witness is sooo dumb he/she cannot even recollect what he was coached 5 days ago.

@Njunge, This particular witness had requested that he be heard in closed session entirely unless the bench overruled. As noted elsewhere, the court is relying much on Panganga and Gumzo Mtaani type of witnesses because of the shoddy work done by the prosecution thru relying on witness contracted thru third parties. Again the evidence threshold is so low you never know the outcome.

@ Washiku, Oga said thy have had enough of hearsy and now looking forward for the real witnesses. I won't be surprised to see one man Kihenjo giving a narration of his version as a friend of the court.

I narrated what @Ocampo spent his time here in Kenya doing. And you all didn't believe me.

Feeding Cheaters at Nairobi National Park. The circus should just end. Though im in love with that Oga judge; the deep voice just does it for me.

@nakuja, very true. For all the cash they have spent and the case limelight, they will have to send at least one person to the cellars and for a very long time.
