Am missing the link @tkzee is simply drawing a parallel. We are at the tail end of MIGRATING from hardcopy certificates to electronic system. The waiganjo bonds were created during a system MIGRATION at the CBK Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

But seriously, I'm also looking at it in amazement I think [going by what i did], most guys jumped ship before the June/July dip, then re-entered as from July. The capital gains are not that huge. I could be wrong though!
