Pole sana is that today?

Damn, say what? Pole sana dude. Let us hope it is City Council. You can check for it hapo Dagoretti Corner.
leo leo after the race. The watchies there did not see a thing.
Hiyo ikienda imeenda ilikuwa 3rd party. Wallet nilkuwa nimeficha ndani... sema kurudishwa nyuma.

Pole bro... Next time weka comprehensive... Third party and the kind of intelligence that radiates from you here in Wazua don't match.

Pole bro. I pray that you do get itPray

Pole Mathukuma. I pray that you can find it. Miracles still do happen you know. Report here when you find it. It will be reason to celebrate.

Finished 21km in 1h 48mins. Course looked tougher but compared to Ndakaini...it is child's play.

Ndakaini is a monster!! even after carrying my 94kg frame around the city non-stop fr 10km - I don't feel it (just uchovu kiasi). After Ndakaini my masquembez were complaining!! they complained for about 3 days.

Totally agree with you...whoever designed the ndakaini route probably thought it was for KDF training purposes. The hills were unforgiving. It is the longest 21km I have ever run.

Am definately going to ndakaini next year (God permitting)!

currently none! I am peculiar to most folk! things that I cannot change don't don't bother me. I remember praying this prayer some years back
Quote:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
it seems the Lord answered my prayers.

McRegae, I think I saw you. Are you the one who was leading the K'Ogallo band?
