@B.Timer my position in this matter has not shifted an inch. Having read all the allegations against CRJ, Her responses, The JSC verdict, The leaked mails have merely reinforced my support for Boss Lady and the need for honesty in dealing with the situation.

Take time to understand how GoK you‘ll start appreciating the stupidity of some of those claims. Kibaara, Joel Ngugi and the miscreants at judiciary who were supplying mwakenyas have no inkling of the PPDA especially approvals As for KM I Ignore. The WC in a candid admission by D O of WC concedes that the info and charges are bonoko! And they were misinformed but the train had left the station maji hayazoleki.

I looked at how GBS has been treated by JSC and imagined how RAO felt when his evidence was time barred not that he won any election but it could given him a fighting chance and anabled him get closure.

In a mature democracy we could be having a Mutungagate with several people having resigned including CJ, the bandit and tbe five commissioners that were not for due process

I was wondering about your argument, but the moment you mentioned RAO, it made sense.

Developing story

===> Petition to remove JSC members Go6

Riungu Nicholas Mugambi wants Parliament to probe the conduct of the six members including Ahmednassir Abdullahi, Rev Samuel Kobia and Justice Mohammed Warsame, who he accuses of abetting financial crimes in the Judiciary.

The others he wants investigated are Prof Christine Mango, Emily Ominde and Florence Mwangangi.

Mr Mugambi alleges that the six members had been “actively involved in the financial and procurement day- to-day operations of the Judiciary’ even when the Judicial Service Commission did not have such powers.”

“By signing a resolution directing the police not to arrest and charge Judiciary staff who were alleged to have stolen Sh80 million from Judiciary coffers they willfully interfered with criminal investigations,” claims Mr Mugambi in his petition dated October 4.
The theft had been discovered and reported to the police by the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Gladys Shollei, who a section of the JSC wants kicked out for supposed insubordination to the Chief Justice Willy Mutunga.

Role limited

He says that the JSC should be independent of the Judiciary as spelt out in the Constitution, which defines some of its roles as merely advisory to persons to be appointed as judges, and recommendations on the welfare of judicial staff.

He says the six JSC members had involved themselves in procurement for the Judiciary ‘purporting to approve or disapprove expenditures’.

Mr Mugambi’s petition comes just days after a Nairobi-based lawyer demanded the sacking of Justice Joel Ngugi over accusations of corruption and involvement in a ‘guerrilla movement’ to oust Mrs Shollei from the Judiciary.

Did @dailynation report this story?

They have this other one though ===>Eyes-on-Uhuru-as-key-judiciary-members-retire

Is it just me or is Siringi going overboard on this topic.
He says he is not defending GBS but at times forgets and states it like in the above post no 61.
At some point he said that she is being judged as a Kale and URP voter.
Even when people have moved on to other things he just wont let go. It is clear that she is culpable of various infractions pertaining to finances but you maintain support for her.
Are you related to or representing the 'Boss lady' as you affectionately call her. If you are, I admire your enthusiasm. Keep up the good work.

@Sulu, He @Siringi, said he pays taxes hence the undying desire to fight for "justice".

It makes me wonder how much in taxes does he pay in a year.

All in all, he would have done much "justice" by admitting his bias.
