Anybody has information about a 4-bd masionette (max. 7mill) around lavington,south B/C,westlands or anywhere in nairobi i can rent it for min 60,000. am really looking for one. Any ideas will be highly appreciated.

Just curious.......What is the property price for if the interest is to rent?...I mean,would you mind if the house is worth 14M,is 4-bedroomed and the rent is still your 60K.

Thanks BIG time for the contributions .....just wish to make a clarification.......i want to buy a 7.0mn hse and rent it out at kindu 60k pm ...am sorry i didnt edit ma text before posting (on the first message).

A sh 7 million house,3-4 br will give you a rent of sh 35-40k. If you must buy,please note. however,it is another story altogether if you are looking at investing sh 7m in property with an aim of generating sh 60k per month.
