Anybody has information about a 4-bd masionette (max. 7mill) around lavington,south B/C,westlands or anywhere in nairobi i can rent it for min 60,000. am really looking for one. Any ideas will be highly appreciated.

Just curious.......What is the property price for if the interest is to rent?...I mean,would you mind if the house is worth 14M,is 4-bedroomed and the rent is still your 60K.

A sh 7 million house,3-4 br will give you a rent of sh 35-40k. If you must buy,please note. however,it is another story altogether if you are looking at investing sh 7m in property with an aim of generating sh 60k per month.

If I may try to understand what you mean to say.....You want to buy a house for 7mil and let it for 60k. Two things; you are asking people to do due diligence for you. This is a great deal of cash to be whimsical about. Number two; assuming this is not hypothesis,you are better off engaging professionals whom you can compensate and obligate at the same time. You will find this particularly helpful in clearing the smoke on the issue. I am always amazed at the zeal with which we pursue professional excellence but at the same time the contemn we accord professional services. You will be a very lucky man/woman to get a typical South B/C maisonette worth 7 Million.You could probably get it from someone who is being auctioned due to defaulting. And even if you got it,rent cannot go beyond 40k in the foreseable future.

Dont even think about Lavington with that kind of money.
