I am currently seeing 2 projects being marketed. 1. Runda Paradise 2. Kencom Sacco Homes Runda The homes are to be built on 1/8 acre plots. I thought minimum plot size in Runda is 1/2 acre. Are these projects really in Runda?

these estates are on the boundary of runda which is controlled by ncc laws. These are in kiambu part of runda controlled by kiambu county laws which alow for 1/8th acre plots. There are talks in progress to connect runda and paradise lost once these estates are complete.

@gathige..its human nature. Every person likes to associate with what they consider of higher value compared to the rest. Business people, including developers will use this and use it to favour them with the Runda winds, Runda xyz etc names coz this sells. There is a high cost housing project in Naivasha with a very funny name. If it doesnt succeed, it will be coz of the name. Kihingo Village, with a funny name, was a successful high cost housing project though.
