impact of kcb lawsuit

Now that the case against former employees of KCB is almost drawing to a conclusion,what impact will this have on its shares. I had predicted that the share would fall to 10 bob but most 'pundits' claimed that the bank would never pay up.

However the bank seems to have counted its losses and finally agreed to settle the matter out of court. Considering Triton and all the other scandals in the recent months,will the bank prevail the impending storm?

i believe kcb knew all along that they ripped off these poor guys and now that the tide is turning they have 'honourably' decided to settle the matter. This leaves one to wonder what other schemes have been going on under the table...
