If you follow the story of successful entrepreneurs what matters is the idea and drive to succeed. Case in point is Suraya Group who had the idea to build homes for the expanding middle class. In some instances they did not have the land or the finance but where able to succeed by bringing it all together. As long as the boss had access to financing, had the mall idea or land in a strategic location, he can comfortably build a mall which will pay itself maybe in 10 or 20 years while earning a 500K salary.

As a matter of fact UK has no written constitution Unwritten Constitution....primarily built on court decisions by the House of Lords....mirrors the US one which is one of the smallest documents I've seen...built also on decisions by the Supreme Court....each being amended hence...1st amendment,2,3...etc Its amazing how a people can have no written rules, yet behave in the best interest of society and another has instructions spelt out to them yet still spend their waking days looking for ways around the rules that are laid out so as to steal, plunder or simply do nothing. the only way to have a flawless katiba, is not to have one. Very true. Ours was overdone- too many institutions, over-representation and very expensive to operationalize. We now even have experts to interpret it for the others! This JSC v Shollei has been great in exposing misdemeanors from both sides. Kenyans will hopefully be the beneficiaries at the end of the day.

That is what you think of him but you should know it is not the case with him or his success story would be public and he wouldnt be employed. He is a thief in plain language.

The salary has no correlation to the cost of the mall! Sigh... I give up. You are right. I apologize.

But of course he hates Uk so why bother listen to him This means that each time JSC convenes with all 12 members present, the Kenyan taxpayer is hit for Sh960,000! If JSC sits at least twice a week—in sub-committee or full sessions to deal with finance, recruitment, court cases etc—that translates to Sh7,680,000 per month, or Sh92,160,000 per year! Every member who attends two sessions per week takes home Sh640,000 per month, for simply putting buttocks on a chair! One need not speak at the meeting or stay till the end! This is more than what most judges and magistrates make, they who sit day in, day out, listening to cases. www.nation.co.ke/oped/Op...6/-/15oca55/-/index.htmlI wonder who had the biggest buttocks amongst that lot. We should now call it the BUTTOCKUCIARY. ION isnt shollei a secretary to the JSC?How much did she earn? If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

In short, it would take him 266 years to make 1.6 B without even spending a dime on his salary! Acheni mchezo. Live Full Die Empty - Les Brown.
