thanks @mcreggae. The analyst on Channel 1 says Kalembe invited bigwigs to his rallies and the people attended his rallies to see the big boys but voted for Mu-lion

This guy won on the recount but it seems he will probably lose the by-election narrowly, life can be unfair!!!

Ma-lion must be a tough guy! Seems the gap is widening. Isn't it reminiscent of the Starehe by election pitting Kamanda against Wanjiru? Kamanda won the recount but lost the by election

Final tally: Musimba 17,092 Kalembe: 16,954 son of the squota loses!!!

138!!!!!!

I know for now he is really wishing that judge had declared him the automatic winner.

@Washiku, the man's demeanor is not amiable for such as judges are quite gentle. He will live to fight another day. At least one less noisy chap in the house is not too bad.

Akwende kabisa.....

He said he was competing with Juniour performance who got 92% of the vote s cast.He was aiming at 99%.

Kenyans let us not entertain/promote mediocrity in parliament.

Good riddance.

He might challenge it in court, you knowsmile . And the way he was saying the reason why he had not won the earlier one resoundingly was coz he was busy campaigning for Jakom and thus did not pay enough attention to his own campaign. He was thus promising this time round that it was to be a Makueni reloaded.smile Woooiii mwana wa thikuota! Pride comes b4 a ...

The former Premier's campaign put him as an attack dog on matters land- very toxic language, the one that made people walk out on him in Embu and I think in Meru.So I am not sure how many votes he got for him, seeing that when people went to the ballot,Land was not one of their issues.
So apumzike, introspect and then come again in 2017,with less abbrasive langauge and staying with issues.

I am happy
