Recced the route in my mind. The killer will be the hill on Haile Selassie Avenue as one emerges from Uhuru Park onto Upper Hill Road on the way back. This is about kilometre 19. But after the treacherous hills of Ndakaini this could be manageable......

Will power!!! Will power yuko tayari, maybe i should start walking like @BigChick.. On a serious note, do i need to be able to do the 21kms on a treadmill for instance? sitaki kwenda kufaint.. I think if you do 6-10kms twice a week you will do fine. Though you will probably have to to a run-jog-walk-jog-waaaaalk kind of thing to finish the main marathon. But since you have the willpower unawesmake. Thanks Winston, i however snapped my back two weeks ago so nitaona kwa TV, hopefully i can attempt next year. Pole sana and quick recovery. Snapped doing what, gutter One of the most innocuous things you wont believe, stayed in hospital for two weeks. Pole sana. Resistance training for core is very important.

And how/where to register? You can go to any branch ya Nakumatt or any Stan Chart branch or KKY Hosi by 21st Oct. Bank loans are like toothpaste easy to get out but hard to get back.
