FURTHER BEFORE THE CONTROLLER OF BUDGET THE MCAs CALCULATED THEIR SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES AS 127 M. PREVIOUSLY THE MCAs HAD MADE A BUDGET OF OVER ONE BILLION FOR THEMSELVES. THE MCAs ARE AT MALILI AND THE EXECUTIVE ARE AT WOTE. YOU CAN REACH THEM EASILY FOR DIALOGUE. AT THE END THE MONEY BELONGS TO YOU. I GOT A BIT OF BED REST. HOWEVER I WILL DO A CITIZEN DUTY OF STARTING A TRIP FROM MALILI TO MANY PARTS OF OUR COUNTY TO EXPLAIN YOUR MONEY IS YOUR MONEY. THE MOMENT IT COMES TO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM NAIROBI THE LAW SAYS IT CANNOT BE RETURNED. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER! ONE WAY OR THE OTHER JUSTICE WILL BE DONE. BECAUSE THE LAW SAYS ONLY THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY CAN PASS THE LAWS ON BUDGET etc THIS IS WHY THE EXECUTIVE CAN ONLY APPEAL TO THE PEOPLE FOR JUSTICE. ABOVE THE MCAs AND THE GOVERNOR THERE ARE THE PEOPLE OF MAKUENI WHO ARE SOVEREIGN.
