Guys guys guys.. we are quick to jump into everything...

I personally do not believe the box contained loot.. but im not ruling out the possibility it may, since its a good fact that KDF looted. There are cctv footages of the burgers filling paper bags. if they dont come out clean, owners of the supermarket stalls will leak those damn videos.

Now lets look at the scenario here. Why would the KDF set up or send in a doc in the building. Was the battlefield so large as to set up a ka small medical clinic in there?
In such a close combat situation the first thing to do when one of your men goes down is to get him out of trouble quick and fast.. not bringing in an unarmed medic and protecting him like VIP.
In anycase, the ambulances were just outside there. Pull out your man and let him be rushed to hospital. you dont set up a small clinic in there. The place is too small. the time taken to evacuate a wounded soldier is shorter than getting in a medic and getting them out again.

That photo of the damn first aid kit, it's not the same one in the WestgatE.
Walienda wakapiga picha ya propaganda baadaye?

and honestly to me .. that kit looks haphazard.. should be more organised.

Im not sure this pic has been discussed here.

The caption below the pic says

"Armed police leave after entering the Westgate Mall in Nairob"

It appears like that sanduku is being fiercely guarded ?

Ama ni crucial evidence ?

I might be wrong but i think that's for communication usually carried around during combat.

Yes!!

In world war II.

Most of their equipments are old school anyway including our fighter jets

Hmmm.... a hallowed first aid kit it is!

Look at the level of alertness and intensity on their faces as they LEAVE the mall..

Why would they be that alert, they have no rescued hostages with them? what are they so intense about ?

Then that formation ? around a first aid kit ? ama ni photoshop ?

To me their body language only makes sense if they were entering westgate... not leaving...

The kit fits bottles, syringes, small boxes etc.

It fits those handy things.

Handy things and items.

Handy items fit inside the box.

But we must not be pessimistic for they could be anything, we cannot rule out that medicines and other stuff were inside the box. Other stuff.

....and the 1st piksha from Westgate does not have that green photo in the 2nd piksha!!!!

I don't think they were leaving the mall, in fact on that photo its clearly indicated "entering the Westgate mall"

That photo @Foz0 has posted is from the same source as the one i posted, Associated Press.

Difference is Foz0 s photo has edited out the following

Full caption reads "Armed police leave after entering the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Photo: AP"

Foz0s reads "ter entering the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Photo: AP"

They should just have retyped the whole thing to read what they want.

They just removed "Armed police leave"

Alama ya duku duku......

I can picture a scene in the battle field, in the trenches with destruction life and death all over.

The medic is tasked to lug around a briefcase full of morphines and bandages.

He after all can aim and fire his weapon even in the most stressful of situations with one hand like Rambo and Chuck Norris.

lol.

I've not in any way denied that KDF waliiba that to me is quite obvious, what i find hard to believe is the claim that the brief case in that photo was the one used to ferry the loot.....hizo ni propaganda za social media!

@Poundfoolish....KDF were there with rocket launchers and armoured military vehicles, they were prepared for anything. To be honest at that time no one (hata hapa Wazua) was sure what kind of weapons those terrorists had. The comabt medic is part of the infantry kwa nini awachwe nyuma.

Well atleast it makes more sense than kutuambia ati those KDF officers in that photo were protecting the loot yet they were apparently alone in the building.
