For the upteenth time @Uhunye has refused to ackowledge France's envoy diplomatic papers citing lack of time...the time needed to sign the papers is 2 mins max!
Apparently @Matsanga adviced him to reject the papers since France pays the entire paycheck of ICC judges and the secretariat...debate.

and not just the French..most of EU countries. Even kagame showed the french the middle f and even did away with French as the official language and now Rwanda is better and stronger. at times we need to kaa ngumu kama ngumo.

I disagree with his antics. The presidential thing to do is accept his papers and then let junior busy bodies at the foreign ministry do the annoying double speak. I dont support frustrating diplomats, we dont have to do their country's bidding, but being rude is juvenile. There is no room for emotions in diplomacy.

from my assessment france is the county that will veto any request sent to the UNSC

Are they not the ones saying the PORK should be at the Hague? Who would have received him if UMK was attending the video watching sessions as the Hague
