If he is indeed recruiting for Al Shabaab, then he should be charged with treason. Al Shabaab has declared war on Kenya. Therefore a Kenyan citizen aiding Al Shabaab should be charged with treason.

By the way , if the likes of Machage were threatened with being arrested for hate speech then how come makaburi has not been charged with hate speech ? yet what machage said is tame compared to makaburi
