Several people who know him and his employer must have convinced the authorities. I can say with confidence that this guy was mistaken identity!! Ali Kiai Yahya Gitonga...he,l sue I believe @ sm point after the nitty gritty is over...Habeas corpus worked in his favour this time round... possunt quia posse videntur

It is good to know his other name i.e. Gitonga. He's a good person, earning his living legally, a family man, with a very young family, a wife and one bay young baby. The wife was so divastated when she received the news and first couldn't be told where he was taken. I'm not from same tribe as him, but you can see my genuine concern
