Come on sister, dont go with the mentality to walk all 10km, where is the challenge in that? Run, ukihisi umechoka, trot along until you recover, then run again, rinse and repeat....its how fitness is built, by not fearing to push your body just a little bit more from its comfort zone. Next time you will find yourself able to run the whole thing without pausing
