Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly If the items are for a politician then, we should and must assume in the preliminary that they are for witchcraft purposes. I remember sometime back when a politician from western kenya lost his parliamentary seat after a court declared that he had won it through oathing, witchcraft & sorcery rituals known by the people of that area as "Khulia silulu".

i always wonder why these things are concentrated in some parts of the country.

if indeed the stuff is for Halloween, the owner need not get scared, he should come out and state so.
