We now have support from Al Bashir, Chad, Matsanga for crying out loud. Museveni must be having a ball.

It is simple. Anyone who thinks that a man like Matsanga should be representing him is someone who needs to read a little bit of history.

This government has sunk low.

Already we have forgotten, there are no health services going on, Westgate was looted, gov't was looted with receipts, Taxes are higher than ever and gov't isn't working as should. But Matsanga....oh oh Matsanga...He's shouting...he's great...he loves Uhuru

I beg to differ from these topics as they now make me puke.

we have issues my friend real issues to battle with
1. 300 billion gone missing
2. al shabab
3. jkia burning
4. insecurity all over
5. threat of a declining economy due to the above
e.t.c
but what I can sense from you thick goggle wearers - this are not critical enough to have your president here. we would rather watch him seated on a chair the whole day doing nothing so that we can tell ourselves that "choices have consequences" and have our faces shining with glee. people need to know and accept that you have a president called Uhuru for the next 4 years - accept. he has a job to do... if presidents do not have jobs to do and we can basically have them shipped off to some random country for weeks on end - why do we bother queuing in the sun every 5 years?

@Masukuma. Yes we have a President and we do accept that. he has a job to do. Yes that is true. Has he been at the Hague in the past seven months...NO! What has he been upto?
1. Appointing people to sensitive jobs who have no clue what they are supposed to be doing?
2. Putting in so much time in preventing Raila from accessing the VIP lounge at JKIA?
3. What has he done about corruption? The judiciary is all stinking? IEBC and corruption?
Hell no. He needs to wake up from his stupor. I don't want him in Hague. I want my president around here to do what I voted him in to do

Laughing out loudly
Matsanga reminds me of a mourner who wails louder than the bereaved.

I think all we all want is justice, if that court is used as a Kangaroo court then it doesn't harm to know. He said that he has filed a case in that court, instead of maligning his name, why cant we stand for justice? Don't we all feel wasted for being taken for a ride? I listened to him and he was very right in all accounts including stating that Tutu has double standards.

My take is simple...everyone (those supporting UK n WSR rather) say that the cases are weak the best thing would be for them to see the cases through, there will be no greater victory than the one achieved via this manner...why make promises and break them later?

the defense teams can handle those.. umesikia ruto akiongeza kitu kwa hiyo kesi? he sits there and looks pretty! arudi afanye kazi alipatiwa na 6 million people. mawakili wake wafanye kazi yake. there is no reason for UK and Ruto to be permanently seated on those chairs. everyone else is getting paid to do so... let them do the work they are paid to do. its not like we don't have work for them here.

Then thats what the AU should be concentrating on instead of a mass pull out they should be passing a resolution vide the Security Council to amend the Rome Statute to remove Art 27 so that Presidents and PMs are protected.
Problem is we have no democracy in Africa. How do you wait 40 years for someone like Mugabe to move from office? An African leader will just stay in office till he dies

I have no problem whatsover with Uhuru fighting the Hague with all his power and might.

But there has to be a line especially for a PRESIDENT.

If all he can get to talk about his point of view is Matsanga, then we have a problem. A problem first described by Mr. Tyranny when he questioned the naming of teachers of cooks into security dockets.

Matsanga goes around the world looking for the least common denominator eg Mugage, Kony, now Uhuru and then wears a T-shirt called Pan-Africanism. Yet, his own children are nowhere near africa.

This is a sign from above. Read the Tea Leaves.

I'm now coming to respect Deputy President Ruto extremely. He's brave enough to go to the Hague and doesn't have his dogs of war off their leash.

Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.

Mr. Bashir must be elated. His kichwa ngumu is about to be legitimized.
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

so from the arguments in here we are very sure that the PORK is behind Matsanga?

i want to think that the PORK is way above this noise.

Only that parts of his (matsangas) noise seems to be of very significant relevance legally (am no lawyer so cant argue on this).

I want to pause and believe the noise is coming from a busy body not sooo busy and with information to share.

That informtion is what will be seen as noise by the pro the irritant, and valuable by pro Matsanga.

And if in the process of making noise some in the PORKs side throw in some food for more noise doesnt necessarily mean the PORK is sponsoring him.

The PORK has the AU to make relevant political noice for him, and Kay to make relevant legal noise, and then the west is thinking d'oh!
