Ok, those criminals who aim at driving a wedge between Kenyans.
I'll say again that i condemn this action strongly. Whoever is behind Westgate attack and killings in Mombasa are enemies of this country.
But Ibrahim and the victims killed were citizens of the Republic of Kenya, and whatever their sins, the state had duty and means to protect their lives.
The country is governed by a constitution which in Article 28 represents the right to access justice and in Article 50 clearly spells out the rights of citizen of this country to fair trial in the event they are suspected of any crime.
If Makaburi has violated any local or international laws, he should be arrested and accorded a fair trial. I want to see the govt demonstrate that they are on top of these case.
