IMO i think We would not be where we are now if Ocampo had taken his time to conduct proper investigations, from "Ocampo six" we are now at "Bensouda 3".

Do you think if we had an ICC in 1939 it would have stopped Hitler? It wouldn't you can see it has not stopped the killings in Syria. ICC is pure hogwash to clear the conscience of the likes of Kofi Annan- cowards who refused to act when they needed to. Human history is built on toil, blood and tears and it will continue to be so in future. international criminal responsibility just like global warming is academic bullcrap to entertain lazy university professors. Ask the people of Congo if they found peace when the warlords were charged at the ICC. Its so unfair.
