Have seen it work here in Daresalaam.They call the elders mjumbe.Somehow everyone here knew about me way before i discovered i should have reported to the 'mjumbe' 10 months ago!Its good though coz there is an element of accountability.No one can hide amongst you

You are right , I have also travelled and stayed for a week in Mbinga ,Tanzania . Everyone in the small town knew I was a visitor because information flows very fast from the Hotel, taxi driver , small restaurants . Before You realize everyone calls You 'Yule Mkenya', sounds strange but true.

This UHURUTO gava is obsessed with copying everything Rwandan, first it was free laptops and now nymba kumi. Next he they will want total dictatorship.

Why can't we first build a security force that I can go and report suspicious individuals with confidence without fear of the information being sold back to the criminals.

Can the gava first explain to me how much security i bought with my 30% tax.
