Very true this is a village idea. Who will group who with who to make 10, check who is in and Who is out, who is a visitor etc. This can only work in a Manyatta and Ole Lengu has to try another one.

Its time to style up. What is being proposed is a "home owners association" kind of thing. Where neighbors are encouraged to know each other, have rules regarding to govern their block etc when new neighbors come, you get to know each other etc.
