Am looking for a plot in Membly Estate, any Wazuan who would like to dispose his/her, and how is the place in term of security.

My budget is 1-1.5M (50x100 size).

Mhhh!!! without discouraging you, with the amount you have, may have a very difficult time convincing anyone to sell his property at this area. Just go through olx and do a simple assessment of the prices you are likely to get!

Thanks guys, for your information.
I think it wise to get a mortgage 3bdr at Ksh.5M in Komarocks than buying a plot at 2.5M and then add like 3M or even more than for construction.
