That tunnel was so huge even a plombox could easily pass through it all the way to peponi road and under the Ukay. Who made that tunnel and what for? The shaababs actually escaped through the tunnel after setting ablaze the mattresses. Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.

The building up of that area interfered with the water catchment area. So i'm guessing a tunnel had to be made for this purpose. The stream used cross/under Peponi road along Mwanzi road then cross/under Ring Road Parklands towards... I think oshwal. The stream springs from somewhere in Kyuna or Loresho. try google maps, I'm sure you will find it. Motobex

If your theory were true, buy some gumboots and grab a journalist for witness sake. Peponi, Lower Kabete Rd and Sarit area are now open. Pay someone - there are many street boys hapo Sarit - or do it yourself. Just enter that sludge at the Ukay or Peponi Rd river sections and walk back into Westgate!!! The Westgate section is still closed to the public. The veracity of your theory will be self evident. It is that easy.
