'Father, forgive us for our prideful ways, our hatred of each other, our greed and selfishness, our insensitivity towards the poor in our midst, our lack of faith in you Almighty and Everlasting God. Please forgive us in Jesus' name we pray,Amen.

@ all

trust you had a lovely weekend.

I have so far seen suggestions for a day in August or September,I suggested Antonios for a Saturday Breakfast, and generally I have seen that many are for the prayer day.

Well, let us agree on some day now. What date in August or September is good?

The Saturdays in August are 2nd,9th,16th,23rd,and 30th. The ones in September are 6th,13th,20th,and 27th.

Waiting for your proposals.

Is Antonios a good venue? I know breakfast is reasonably priced; we could get a decent serving for not more than Ksh 200 per person. If you have a better venue, kindly let us know.

We would have to do this between 7:30am and 9:00am so that people are free to continue with other engagements for the day.

Once we settle on the date and venue,we should begin to receive confirmations.

Please post your feedback

@ All.

This is a suggestion. Given that all the prospective attendees do not know each other, and limited time,it is important to agree on a more specific agenda than.... 'We need to pray for our leadership, economy, and the general kenyan population'. For example: Agenda : 1. Introductions - SK-rian followers of the way get to know each other. 2. You may want to sing a hymm or two? 3. Prayer for selves and the church 4. Knowing the mind of God through his word on leadership, economy and the place of the body of Christ in todays Kenya. 5. Praying for the various issues according to the word of God.

....Also,pick a facilitator so as to move through the agenda smoothly.

....Make it about prayer.... Antonio's may not be suitable, one may want to kneel or cry out to God. I suggest Nairobi arboretum.
