This is always an exciting game. Last year the game ended 2-2 and was the most entertaining match of the season.

Will catch it on SS9.

Slum boys always make a point of frustrating Gor whenever they play each other, i don't expect today's game to be any different. Gor shouldn't get cocky because for the past 2 seasons they've lost the league in the final game of the season when everyone expected them to win. They still have to play Sofapaka, Ulinzi, Thika and KCB.

It was only on our hands last season, not the other!!!!

Stats going into this game:
1. This will be Gor's first ever match at 5pm since playing against Sofapaka in the league's first ever floodlit match at the same venue in 2009. Gor won tht 1-0
2. This being Gor's first match in October, Sirkal has not lost any of its first month matches this season. (Drawn 3; Won 5)
3. This will be Referee Kirwa's 5th handling of Gor matches in all competitions this season. K'Ogalo is yet to lose a match under his charge.
4. If the match ends in a draw, as is the norm of Mathare Utd, then the slum boys will be well on course to reaching their all time record of 18 league draws in a season they set in 2010. ...
5. Gor's Dani Sserenkuma, needs only one goal to set the become the club's best goalscorer since Kenya's ftball renaissance in 2008. He currently ties with Rama Salim at 24.
6. Mathare Utd, the home team tonyt, has lost only once at home this season while Gor has also lost only once away. (Mathare's only loss was at Nyayo against Thika Utd while Gor is yet to lose at the venue; actually Gor is yet to concede a league goal at Nyayo)
