I'm now watching this interview. I think it was done to facilitate his firing!! Nothing adds up.

The govt should create a secret security agency that is empowered to search and destroy suspected terrorists plotting to kill Kenyans without going through the court system.

When the government conducts extra judicial killings, who will care about the courts, and the law? It will no longer be 'government'.

Such thinking may end up creating opposite extremes like 'Al Shabaab'.

In short,we need terrorists to deal with terrorists after all dawa ya moto ni moto.

I am tired of terrorists and whatever it takes to wipe them off I fully support.

This is not new... the likes of Aboud Rogo becomes news because he was well known.
Many 'masterminds' are unknown publicly, and are 'vaporised'. Only people close to them are aware.

Many disappear well before they hit the headlines.
Call it extra-judicial whatever... it happens all over... intelligence services work with other foreign intelligence to identify and eliminate individuals who have become "inconvenient" in some way.

al-shabaab know this.

Have you watched 'THE MECHANIC'?
I love the idea, but are our cops above compromise level?
If Sugusugu can detect a 'witch',our security should be above the sugusugu's.

ole lenku should be allowed to express himself in mother tongue or swahili.
I really don't think he means what we interpret.
There's what he is trying to say but he cant express it well in words.
eg 'insignificant' to him means something diff.
I think he needs help in interpretation.

Trust me, even the best PR guru would not do it any better than Ole Lenku. It just confirms how clueless the security guys (and the government) are when dealing with challenges.

And people should learn to fight the REAL culprits. Calling for the sacking of Ole Lenku and not that of Kimaiyo is bizarre!
