Any news that involves Francis Kimemia being relegated to the side is good news.

Even after being stripped of the Head of Civil service position, Kimemia has been trying to control members of the civil service. As in influencing transfers, budget allocations, demotions and such.

Have you noticed that in all the scandals involving wastage of public funds within central govt, Kimemia is somehow involved? Jamaa amekula miaka hiyo yote na bado hajeshiba. Kweli pesa hazitoshi kwa wengine.

Halafu the way he always has a smirk on his face. Tho!
