What i see here is journalists coming to back up their colleague. Truth of the matter is Ali is not professional. You dont expose the identity of state officials endangering their lives. I had beef with the duo for not apologizing about the Kabuga story and trying to sanitize Aboud Rogo. Again, why is it that most of his exposes are about the police? Why the obsession? Why not expose the rot elsewhere too?

Gone through the thread and not seen even one person claiming Moha was involved in WESTGATE.

When I read Haji's story in DN today, the very question @mkeiyd is aking cropped up in my mind.

Should we restrict this guy? Haji says since the time of that Jicho Pevu, their family has received a lot of threats.

There has to be a balance between media freedoms and National Security.

PS
I stopped watching Jicho Pevu sometime back. I noted clear anti-police bias in everything. In one episode, he struggled hard to introduce Matthew Iteere into the mix. Didn't work. The Saitoti one had lots of tense background tracks but had zilch findings. He told us what was in the public domain

Tuwache mafeelings hapa, I don't think Moha had anything to do with the Westgate attack but the question was whether he was wrong in disclosing the identity of an NSIS agent. If he did so then the answer is pretty obvious, actually hakuna tofauti yake na Snowden and Itumbi.

Good and we have structures to deal with such!!!.......sasa tufungue threads for Jimmy Gathu, Raburu, that nation editor and the rest!!!

moha is a journalist. snowden is not. in your scenario you should compare moha and glenn greenwald. and the us government is not after glenn greenwald but snowden. wonder why?

I removed my goggles a long time ago. I trust no one who claims he's NSIS. Especially with the stories coming out slowly after some Mp's attacked the NSIS. I'm no detective, but I think it's important for people to believe half the stories coming out now and start questioning them seriously.

Question 1: Did NSIS know about the attack?
Question 2: How many of their officers knew?

Then start removing your "we are one" goggles. The possiblities would be endless.

I retire before......

what do these structures do to deal with such? Is there any law protecting us from such?

What has Gathu done? Raburu and the Nation editor were discussed here

Obi, don't push your button too much with the two amigos. They've been pushing the moha angle even on twitter.

Unfortunately, it isn't sticking.

The cops are corrupt to the core, now that HAS STUCK and ain't coming out.

Ati Moha, caused terrorism....nkkkkttt!

He's not my friend, but I can smell a shady argument from far. Let's blame Moha, he looks muslim enough and he talked nicely about Rogo.

Sorry....The cops failed and nothing is going to sanitize them. Heck, they were even stealing from dead people. nkkkkkttttt!!!!

My friend, you may call me names or anything. I do not even have an account on twitter. I have not said MOHA caused terrorism but I will not follow anyone blindly. It will be my duty to correct them.

I'm with you @Tassia on this... Some of the guys commenting on this are Journalists who share a common employer. While we do not approve our police actions and we are not saying that the police are not rotten. However, I find some of Moha's stories driven by personal vendetta and dislike of the police force especially a number of stories he has covered at the Coast. We need to distinguish between objective journalism and radicalised journalism. My take.

There You go @Lolest. Who says that westgate has anything to do with Mohaa? None. Which begs the question, what is alma defending, with all this bitterness?
If anyone here can say that Mohaa is Impartial in his work then that Person is the Great Grandmother of all Hypocrisy. And certainly they never watched the Rogo story.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
