I posted in another thread that Mohammed Ali of KTN did a very grave injustice to this country by the way he exposed Abdul Haji's brother who is an undercover NSI officer. If you watched that documentary, you will notice that there was an intention to paint the officer in bad light to Muslims in general. If you did not see the whole documentary (the kiswahili one aired by Mohammed) please see it first) The moment I saw it, I just knew that he has just made one of our key officers stop his work at NSI.

I was not surprised to learn from yesterday's interview that since then, the family has been living in fear. In any case, Abdul Haji and family had already been exposed by Mohammed Ali, and theirfore had nothing more to hide. I would not be surprised if The Haji's and Mohammed Ali come from different clans and that Mohammed Ali has bones to pick with them. The KTN editorial department should not have allowed the officer to be exposed in such a malicious way.

Is Mohammed an agent of the terrorists trying to scare off officers from NSI, or just plain journalism incompetence?

I laud this gentleman. I'm happy to see Wazua community realize that this thing affects all of us. We have to fight this together. All communities are affected regardless.

However, about this exchange of words with one alleged Ali, I would caution you about the ligitimacy of this. Anybody can impersonate him. So, do not take this as gospel truth until when we know it si actually him.

It does not sound like him. That's my observation.

@AphDoti...All this is very much alive on his twitter account, he has not deleted it and neither has he come out to claim that his account has been hacked into (Raburu style) Here is one of the tweets

Which makes him a liability given his position in media.

That jicho pevu Ali is no hero as far as matters #Westgate go. I urge all to stop discussing hime here.

A fresh thread about jicho pevu's Ali would do justice to all.

I think the Westgate attack for the perpetrators was a PR exercise. They needed to show their relevance to their backers and supporters. Being so, I think one of the ways ordinary Kenyans and more so the Kenyan Online Army can do to help is conduct a counter PR campaign. Since Abdul has garnered a sort of anti terrorism mascot/hero status, he can be used as the poster child for fighting terrorism.
Just my thought...
