Ok So probably this caused even more fire I believe. I think KDF are not trained on hostage situations. their mandate is FINISH the enemy at all costs. i.am.back!!!!

If rifles cant finish the damn job, fire the anti-tanks and mortars. If that fails use all your machine guns, armoured fighting vehicles,artillery, and ultimately Air attacks. I dont know how true this is; It appears the NIS actually briefed Govt of the imminence of the westgate attacks prior thereof. Relevant briefs duly issued and were robustly discussed. The police then met the putative perpetrators and 'ate'! The briefs were detailed and accurate. Copies thereon are to avail the parliamentary committee on security kesho. It should be quite a spectacle if those proceedings were conducted in public. In the circumstances, It remains doubtful whether heads will roll at all! possunt quia posse videntur
