I understood very clearly, its a stupid question! Ok maybe hujui, but KDF may be called upon to assist the police. The responsibility of the operation will remain with the police. Other times KDF may be called upon independently, where they will be fully responsible.


For the sake of the family affected with the terror at westgate mall I will not engage your empty head in further arguments.
