b. Snipers with surprising accuracy (no missing)
c. Machine guns
d. Explosives
e. Human shields n the need to save as many lives as possible.
f. Very intelligent/well trained enemy.
g. Enemy on suicide mission
h. Only 2 entry points-easy to cover with maximum firepower

These factors combined would be a tough nut to crack even for the best trained n equipped force in the world. Its a freaking dilemma. Be patient guys, fatigue is setting in. Jack Bauers of this world would fail miserably. Several of the gunmen are dead though, and more will die, its just a matter of planning n time.
