Threatening of witnesses is illegal, and so is bribing them. If anyone values the rule of law, he/she shud report to ICC for necessary action to be taken. Telling us about it at press conferences, action shud be taken and culprits jailed. That will teach all a lesson. Anything short of that is purely kelele meant to be used as a scapegoat.

You wonder...does that mean he is an insider in the whole issue? Why then would the whole process be trusted. I doubt he knows any, thus this noise is just to remain relevant. If he knows them, then the process is compromised. Either way, If he knows who r threatening him n the others, he shud present the proof to ICC have the acted up...

He is either in contact with witnesses or prosecutor. He isn't just reporting like a newsman. He is speaking from authority. More stuff making sense now...
