Am i reading too much in his statement? Who are these witnesses being exposed and by who? Judge Osuji has declared no one should threaten witnesses.

Kiai reminds me of Gitobu Imanyara...esp after he mentioned state hse blogger. Squirrel vs antelope issue at play again. Squirrel insisting his meat made the hunter leave the antelope and come for him. Foolish hunter. Or deceptive squirrel.

Mmmmm...interesting. Scaring. But suppose, just suppose, its a set up by the same people so that it can be used at ICC as a way to proof how witnesses r being threatened so as to justify some decisions?
