Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

The interpreters are high on something only common in Wazua. I won't be shocked to learn some fellow wazuans have taken leave and busy at the ICC providing translation and interpretation services.

Witnesses should be allowed to use lugha ya mama. Mother tongue interference is just too mush.

This reminds of Kagwanja's article on Sunday.

We even have a translator whose mind is fixated on how Mwafrika is savage.

Now see how the Bible was also grossly misinterpreted from ancient languages like Hebrew into English hence it's abuse by crooks and even some fellow elders here, in it's true form it closely resembles our culture particularly our justice systems more than ICC culture, but one needs to study Hebrew the way Muslims study Islam to grasp it, little wonder Israel is not in ICC. Even the US run away from ICC, these cases need justice but....not there......they cannot interpret "Kenyan culture", even TZ is better, there are many cultural, leave alone language issues involved that can't just be mixed with western law.
