I do not believe taxation is bad, no sir. I'd rather we financed our expenditure using our own internally generated resources. My main worry though is that by taxing our farming inputs (be they fertilizers, seeds, livestock feeds, machinery, etc) it makes that much mo difficult, in the immediate short to medium term, for the average farmer to invest his resources to expand his production output. Ni hayo tu.
