27th October it is, I had feared they would put it during the long weekend of mashujaa day for which I had other mpangos, I'm going for the half marathon, my name already in the list!!!!

at least 27th October is more than a month away.. I have been very unfit of late so I need to start training - 21KM is what i will do..

10km I will finish but it will be a walk all the way.

Currently doing 7km along North Airport road so by October nitakuwa set for 10Kms

Meanwhile @Kysse uko! Hope figures bado changanya you this time.

On a serious note, do i need to be able to do the 21kms on a treadmill for instance? sitaki kwenda kufaint..
