I was wondering which these 46 oil exploration blocks are because as late as last month (August) Kenya did not have more than 50 licenced blocks which had all been taken and under exploration by about 10 registered oilfield contractors...

I may be right I may be wrong...
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...
