That is not expected of a Mr. Nderitu.Let him lose the cases and see which clients he will get.He should have left the case to the others.

Is it or is it not a cause for concern.

As a Patriotic Kenyan, with a straight conscience and honest to oneself and Motherland which way would you like things to go.

Is what's going on a one off affair or might we be setting a trend.

Might Kenya become one of those Countries where big men are a law unto themselves. Where common men count for nothing.

Good people, being a witness is not an easy thing esp if your conscience is not clear. Many may have been enticed with goodies like living in Europe and US among other places but the wait to conclude the case has been long. Some of those places are really cold and one may be the only black in a neighborhood. Remember these are pple with families and relas in Kenya and the prospects of not coming back home soon is not as easy thing. Many are now cashing in on "withdrawal benefits" of 2m and above add that to what the ICC has already paid in monthly allowances, they have made it already. No wander the new ICC millionaires in the PEV villages.

The ICC pays as he is hired by them from a panel of qualified lawyers. He was also a lawyer for the ICTR in Arusha representing one of Rwanda Genocide suspects.

which victims? If the victims were to decide, the majority would opt for the cases to be dropped.
