Watching the richest boxing match in history!

Mayweather landing big punches. Seems like he wins this and pockets a cool $82m!

Big names in the arena!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

It's all over. Mayweather wins his 45 professional fight. 45 - 0, 26 KOs. What a record?

Alvarez was his toughest opponent to date. Undefeated before today. 42 wins 1 draw 0 losses, 30 KOs. And Mayweather still took him to school winning every round!

Glad to have experienced history. Richest match in history - pay per view tv, biggest pay package, largest audience - more than the super bowl, more than the world cup final!

Mayweather outclassed Canelo on all fronts.

Am surprised it was even a Majority decision with one of the judges coming up with a draw!
All in all it was a great fight. Now time for sermons

Mayweather pockets a minimum of $82m which will definitely rise to above $100m depending on pay-per-view income which will definitely break the previous record set by the Mayweather - De La Hoya bout.

And mayweather was asked on CNN last week if all the money will change him [he was the highest paid sports person in the world last year, a feat he is set to repeat this year with his two fights] and he said no! Maybe his family because he will give most of the money to them!

He seems like a person who takes family very seriously. I loved the way he kept referring to "my uncle", "my dad", "my father" during the post fight interview!

The judge who scored that fight as a draw should never be allowed to watch boxing even as a paying spectator. I hope people are now convinced that floyd can bash manny. No more debates about who is better

I'm telling you!! Crazy fellow. He suprised everyone! Mayweather CLEARLY won EVERY round!! Alvarez just couldn't land any punches! Mayweather was too fast and smart for him. How anyone can call it a draw is beyond imagination.

And that Alvarez is one strong dude. He was taking big time blows to the head and just couldn't go down. But I'm sure he was happy the 7th round came to an end. 30 more seconds and he would have been on the canvas! He took a serious beating towards the end and seemed totally defenceless!

Now this would be the mother of all bouts. I hope I'll get to see it in my life time. Manny is not your usual customer. Dude is too fast. Mayweather would have to bring his A+ game to win that one. Of course even Manny would have to bring his A+ game.

Let these two great boxers do what has to be done for this fight to happen. Talk is cheap.

Great fight, Floyd was too skilled for Alvarez. No doubt he deserves number one pound for pound boxing ranking. He needs to fight the PAC MAN at some point. If ever there was any doubt who was the better, fighter it will be resolved.

Doubt it will ever happen ....Mayweather will ask for half the earth for his payday and Pacquiao the other half. Seriously though I think these two fear each other, and letting speculation run rampant is better than stepping up for sure and one or the other eating humble pie.

I would have bet some three seasons back that Pacquiao was the man to silence Floyd.Pac has dropped,Floyd has picked. It would take a miracle.

Mayweather has asked for drug check on Pac Man by independent docs. Pac Man has always objected to this, hence fight will probably never happen, which is really sad

The clown judge is called C.J. Ross and this is not the first time she's messing up. She also messed up big time in the Manny Pacquiao's vs Timothy Bradley fight last year!!! How the Nevada commission could appoint her after the Pacquiao - Bradley blunder is inexplicable. And for the 40 minutes of pure incompetence she pocket a cool Kshs. 680,000/=!!!

Great bout great live and TV audience, but Americans are notorious for hyping their things. I'm sure many CL finals draw much more audience like this. As for the pay per view they are King.

Mayweather was actually better in this fight than he has ever been in my opinion, and i have to say it loud that he is the greatest pound for pound boxer of all time.

To better appreciate just how good he is, I suggest you watch video clips of Saul Alvarez in action, that guy is serious, that Maywaether took him through a 36 minutes boxing clinic is a testament to his status as the GOAT!!
