This story in the Nation sends a chill or two down the spine!

Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

Been wondering if seriously anyone thinks someone powerful can pay you off and its one off, everyone hates to know that someone else is dangling a carrot, and what stops the witnesses from going back for more money??
Kenyans are entrepreneurs, go to ICC as a witness, be paid 100k a month, then move over to the other side get 3m and start a life...

The exact reason I believe witness protection cannot work in Kenya. Our systems are just too corrupt to allow that. So sad Sad Sad
Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

So it seem both sides r guilty of some funny doings...Thus making such an important case trivial n open to all types of ridicule.

Assuming OTP influenced or unlawfully caused individuals to sign up as witnesses, then logically the defense wouldnt need to induce them to stand down - but instead wait to shame the OTP in Court.

Seperately Ahmednasir Addulahi thinks Karim Khan bravado and chest thumping amounts to playing to the gallery and as such ill advised. He opines that such antics could easily expose his client a possible waterloo in Court.

Yet he applied the same dramatized bravado at the Supreme court...

Ahmednassir advising Karim Khan is laughable. The latter is what the former would like to be 'when he grows up'.

Goood news as it is the victims who suffered and no longer need to testify.
