Maybe the only reason he may never go is if the case is dropped before then. By the way why was Muthaura's case dropped? Who can remember?

So I always wonder how comes Muthaura's was dropped yet they were co-accused with UK based on the same witnesses, esp the famous witness No 4. Enyewe legal matters are complicated.

No one is assuming he can be found GUILTY, i mean the prosecutor is still pursuing the case, What happens to Kenya then? Why attend if he wont accept a guilty verdict? I think i agree with Kusadikika, i say he should go if ICC will take the apartheid cases there first.

There is a Swahili legend of an ancient bantu king who was kidnapped by Arab slaves, simply because he escorted them back to their ship, where they set sail immediately he entered from "Kambulu" the first Muslim 'African' city, this king fetched a premium in the slave market and escaped from slavery where he walked back and established Islam at the coast. Ask Ali Mazurui. Good intentions here could land us in shieet.

My hypothesis - WSR's case collapses, mistrial and he walks free.

- UMK's case strong evidence for conviction, attends initial proceedings, refuses to go for final judgment.

- Will he step down or will he dig his heels???

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Ruto started "working" on his witnesses just the other day. After taking over Khan as the key guy. UK started "working" on them many years ago. That is Bensouda's biggest headache. But time will tell. Lets wait.

UK's case is far much weaker than WSR's. When Muthaura's case collapsed I believe 90% of Bensouda's case against UK went down the drain.

BBI will solve it
