He describes watching Ruto in the dock in a foreign country as distressful.

He says government is sensitive to the voices of its people (read national assembly and senate) to pull out of ICC.

Witnesses in Ruto case are beginning to disappear. I have a feeling those in the Kenyatta walifanya hayo kitambo.

AU asks ICC to halt cases.

There is a rotten underbelly of your arguement that you have swallowed hook, line, and sinker, indifferent to the truth, all too eager to latch on to any version that may suggest UK will not be going to the Hague (Borrowed heavily from Khan)....Either that or you are high on wet eucalyptus sawdust.smile

smile @ Njunge, good to see ya! you've been AWOL.

I agree, UK is paying for what is arguably, top notch legal advise. Plus he is surrounded by the unseen forces/hands that govern this land by proxy. He would be a fool not to listen

refusing to show would make it so easy for the OTP.... he will not make it easy for them! I bet most Cordashians are wishing for this to happen so that hizi kesi zipate uzito. it's unlikely that he will do that.

I have heard people comparing this case to the case of Say Taylor... until you visit Liberia! until you listen to the horror that everyone went through. until you realize that Monrovia had 5 warlords (taylor being one of them), until you see mad people in the street being haunted by the atrocities that were committed.
NEVER COMPARE KENYA TO LIBERIA.

When I was there i heard stories that the persons who went through them told. Stories of how large groups people were held hostage for days on end. how to 'relieve' boredom the rebels would 'reenact action movies' every morning by randomly selecting people from the group that was held hostage and releasing them and asking them to run for their lives only to shoot them from behind as they tried to escape. the person who was telling me this story himself refused to 'run' but decided to endure the kicks and slaps... it saved his life.

NEVER EVER COMPARE US TO LIBERIA!
to get a glimpse of Liberia check out this video.
