Huko hakanyagi ng'o!!!! Telling signs:

He describes watching Ruto in the dock in a foreign country as distressful.

He says government is sensitive to the voices of its people (read national assembly and senate) to pull out of ICC.

Witnesses in Ruto case are beginning to disappear. I have a feeling those in the Kenyatta walifanya hayo kitambo.

AU asks ICC to halt cases.

I guess you failed to notice that he said he's going to go there and clear his name. If he doesn't go it will always look like he's guilty. Wachana na AU, they just want people to say they said something but bottom line...The rocket that is Bensoudas case is still in the launching pad

There is a rotten underbelly of your arguement that you have swallowed hook, line, and sinker, indifferent to the truth, all too eager to latch on to any version that may suggest UK will not be going to the Hague (Borrowed heavily from Khan)....Either that or you are high on wet eucalyptus sawdust.smile

I thought so too when he said in public that its not possible that for him and Ruto to be away at the same time. However after ICC clarified that they will appear at different times. He said he will continue cooperating with court. Bottom line - he will be there.
